Return & Refund Policy
At Succulent Studio Creations, we take pride in carefully selecting, packing, and shipping each plant. Because we sell live plants and perishable items, all sales are final. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. We also do not offer refunds.
Due to the delicate and perishable nature of live plants, we are unable to restock or resell returned items, which is why all purchases are considered final sale.
Replacements for Our Error Only
If you receive the wrong plant or there is an issue with your order that is clearly due to our error, please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can review the situation.
To request review of an order issue, you must email us with:

Your full name and order number

Clear photos of the plant(s) received

Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging

A brief description of the problem
We reserve the right to review each claim individually. If we determine that the issue was caused by our mistake, we may approve a replacement plant at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
What Is Not Covered
We are not responsible for issues caused by circumstances outside of our control or for normal conditions associated with shipping live plants. This includes, but is not limited to:

Carrier delays, lost packages, or mishandling by USPS, UPS, or any shipping carrier

Damage caused during transit or delivery

Weather-related damage, including heat, cold, frost, or other environmental conditions during shipping

Packages left outside, delayed retrieval, or exposure after delivery

Improper handling, repotting, watering, sun exposure, or general plant care after the package has been delivered

Minor cosmetic imperfections, soil spillage, loose leaves, natural blemishes, or signs of shipping stress that are common with live plants

Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, accidental orders, or incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
Live Plant Disclaimer
Please remember that every plant is a living item and may vary slightly in size, shape, color, fullness, and overall appearance. Natural imperfections, minor blemishes, and some movement of soil during transit are normal and do not qualify for a refund, return, or replacement.
Some plants may also show signs of stress after shipping, including dropped leaves, slight discoloration, or shifting in the pot. This is common with mailed live plants and does not automatically indicate damage or error.
Reporting an Issue
If there is a problem that you believe was caused by our error, you must contact us immediately after delivery. Claims submitted after a delay may not be reviewed or approved.
Please send all order issue requests to our contact email listed on the website and include all required photos and order information so we can properly evaluate the claim.
Policy Agreement
By placing an order through Succulent Studio Creations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy, including the fact that all sales are final, returns are not accepted, and refunds are not provided.
